Tianjin Seaharbor Marine Service Co., Ltd, (referred as Tianjin Seaharbor hereafter）founded in 2008,Tianjin, China, is an independent legal entity focusing on providing underwater engineering and ship repair and maintenance service.     - 船舶及海洋工程提供水下無損檢測（水下探摸、水下錄像、水下照相、水下測厚、水下探傷、水下電位測量）、水下海生物清理、水下螺旋槳拋光、水下封堵、水下焊接與切割、水下安裝與維修等工程服務；

    - 為電廠、水庫大壩、橋梁、碼頭等提供潛水服務及潛水技術支持；
